How is our girl already 18 months old?! It seems like yesterday I was writing her final “monthly” blogpost when she turned a year old!! I knew I wouldn’t be able to keep up the monthly posts forever, so I decided to stop at 12 months old. BUT, I decided to do one big blogpost to celebrate that Ellie is 18 months!!

Yes, this post is full of ALL of our favorite moments with her during the past 6 months… so it is a LONG one, y’all! If you make it to the end, you’re awesome! I mainly do these posts just for me to be able to look back & see all of my favorite photos of Ellie in one place!!

At 18 months old, our girl loves making animal noises, waving at strangers, saying “yes” to everything, giving the sweetest hugs, & reading ALL the books! Life with her is fun, full, crazy, & sweet – we are forever thankful that she’s ours!!

November

I split this post up by month, so we’ll start with November right after Ellie’s 1st birthday!! Some of our favorite moments during November included my last time nursing Ellie (I nursed her for a little over a year & I couldn’t be more thankful!)visiting Aunt Kels at school, getting to see our friends Adeline & Emma who live in Birmingham twice in one week, Ellie’s first time going to the mountains for Thanksgiving, & putting up our Christmas tree!

December

December is always a FULL month, so this month had a ton of photos to share! Some of our favorite moments during December included visiting Santa, going to look at Christmas lights, attending Carols by Candlelight, celebrating Zeke’s birthday, celebrating Christmas Eve at our church & at Nae’s house, Ellie opening presents at our house on Christmas morning, & visiting our Tennessee family for a late Christmas celebration!

January

We had a great start to the new year in January! Some of our favorite moments during January included spending New Year’s Day at the park (it was 80 degrees & our AC went out ha!), going on lots of walks, making Saturday morning pancakes with Daddy, throwing our friends’ the Tates gender reveal party, LOTS of playtime, & still loving bath time!!

February

Some of our favorite moments during February included buying our new van (YAY!), mama/daughter matching on Valentine’s Day, Ellie spending a weekend in with Papaw & GiGi while Mama & Daddy had a getaway in Memphis, making it through a week of all of us being sick at some point, & going to our first Mardi Gras parade!

March

March was SO busy & so fun!! Some of our favorite moments from March included visiting Daddy at school, Ellie dropping her morning nap so going on LOTS of morning playdates, having our best friend Alex stay with us, taking a mini spring break trip to Laurel & the Hattiesburg Zoo, celebrating one year since Ellie’s first Sunday at church, & visiting Daddy during golf practice (Go Bruins!!)

April

We have been loving springtime with our girl! Some of our favorite moments during April were being surprised by my family with a party celebrating my business, mama/daughter pajama matching (never gonna stop ha!), going to the Mississippi Children’s Museum, making memories with her best friends Stella & Magnolia, going to her first Easter egg hunt, going to the Memphis Zoo, celebrating Easter with our family in Tennessee, playing in our sunroom, throwing a shower for baby boy Tate, & going to the park & library!
