Oh what a gorgeous day Saturday was getting to capture Analise & Lake’s Delta wedding in Greenwood, Mississippi!! From the stunning details to the special moments, I’m so grateful we got to be a part of this wedding day. I love when I get to travel to the Mississippi Delta – Delta weddings are ALWAYS a blast!! Today I’m sharing so many favorites from Analise & Lake’s big day!!

When we arrived at The Alluvian Hotel, we were greeted by Analise, her friends, & her precious mom! They were all so sweet & welcoming, making us feel like we were just a part of their group. Analise got ready in a robe made from her mom’s wedding dress which was so special. Once she got into her dress, her mom pinned on Analise’s great-great grandmother’s beautiful gold wishbone that’s been worn by every woman in their family! Both Analise & Lake’s parents have been married for over 30 years. I love the amazing legacy & example that they have set for Analise & Lake as they begin their own marriage!

We took some fun downtown portraits of the bridesmaids & the groomsmen, then it was time to head to the church for the ceremony. Lake was definitely teary-eyed when he saw his bride walk down the aisle towards him! The pastor did such a beautiful job as he encouraged Analise & Lake to center their marriage around Christ. After the ceremony, we headed back downtown for some gorgeous sunset portraits!!

The Carl Center in downtown Greenwood was the perfect venue for Analise & Lake’s big Mississippi Delta wedding reception! Guests were greeted by the cutest champagne cart as they entered into the venue. After they enjoyed a delicious buffet, everyone was guided upstairs to the dance floor by the sounds of Doctor Zarr’s Amazing Funk Monster. Mr. & Mrs. Giachellie were introduced & danced to “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for their first dance. The band played late into the night as all of Analise & Lake’s family & friends celebrated the newly married couple!!
