Stella & Riley are MARRIED!! Saturday was SO amazing getting to capture their Mississippi wedding at The Country Club of Jackson. I’ve been looking forward to this day since Stella reached out to me about being their photographer exactly a year ago!! They have been planning a BIG wedding for all of their family & friends to get to celebrate with them, & it was truly the best day!!

When we arrived at Stella’s grandmother’s home where she & all 16 of her bridesmaids were getting ready, we were welcomed by her sweet mom who got teary when we walked in! She said now that we were there, the day felt so real, & she thanked me for being a part of their wedding planning & preparation. I’m so honored that they chose me to capture this special season for Stella & Riley!!

As soon as we arrived at the church & were about to capture Stella & Riley’s first look, it started pouring rain out of nowhere!! We were able to take photos in the beautiful sanctuary while Riley got to see his bride for the first time, calming his nerves & making them both feel as ease! They then read letters they had written to each other & had me tearing up at their sweet words. I loved hearing them promise to make Christ the center of their marriage!!

Around 500 people were there to see Stella & Riley say “I do!” They obviously have SO many people who love them & will be there to support them throughout their marriage. After their sweet & worshipful ceremony, everyone travelled to The Country Club of Jackson for the reception! We took the most perfect sunset portraits with the entire wedding party (35 people, y’all!!) & then of course lots of bride & groom portraits. The sun glowed & we took the best photos of the day – yay!!

Tables filled with sushi, catfish tacos, shrimp cocktail, prime rib, & a mashed potato bar greeted guests as they walked into the reception hall. Stella & Riley shared their first dance, & then after the father/daughter & mother/son dances, both sets of parents got on the dance floor as the band played “We Are Family”. Then the rest of their family members joined in – such a fun & special moment! Everyone danced the night away celebrating the new Mr. & Mrs. Bennett!!

Stella & Riley – I’ll be forever thankful that y’all allowed me to be your photographer!! Y’all are an amazing couple, & I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for your marriage. I hope you are loving CABO & enjoy reliving your gorgeous wedding day through my favorite photos!!
