Jackson Mississippi summer engagement session

Becca & Kelton’s engagement session was a complete dream! I was SO excited to finally meet them in person & get to capture some photos of the two of them to mark this special season. What I didn’t know is that they would be unbelievably easy to work with! They are just the sweetest couple. I’m thrilled to share all of my favorites from their Jackson, Mississippi summer engagement session!

These two met through mutual friends a little less than a year ago, & now they’re ENGAGED! Kelton proposed to Becca at the beautiful Reservoir Overlook, so it worked out perfectly for us to do part of their session there. We included Becca’s adorable son Graham in some of the photos there! They are truly some of my favorite photos from the entire session. He did absolutely amazing!!

We had been worried about possible storms coming in leading up to their session on Tuesday, but thankfully we decided to keep our session as scheduled! It turned out to be SUCH a gorgeous afternoon! It was definitely hot outside, but Becca & Kelton handled it so well & didn’t complain. I was beyond thankful to have some beautiful glowy sunlight to work with!!

It’s so exciting that we are almost just 5 months away from Becca & Kelton’s October wedding at The Reed House at Live Oaks! I know it’s going to be the sweetest wedding, & I cannot wait to capture these two again on their big day!!
