Marie & Grant are high school sweethearts, & now they’re going to be husband & wife! I I loved my time getting to capture these two during their engagement season. It’s always so fun to work with my couples before the wedding day! The engagement session helps me get to know them better & allow them to feel more comfortable & at ease on their big day. I’m so glad I was able to photograph Marie & Grant’s fall engagement photos in Madison, Mississippi!

After meeting during their senior year of high school, Marie & Grant dated all through college. Grant had been planning the proposal for a while when he took Marie out to their family friends’ beautiful antebellum home, which overlooks the river and her family’s farm land. Grant got down on one knee to ask Marie to be his wife, & of course she said yes!

We’re now just a little over 3 months away from their February wedding at Bridlewood of Madison! I’m so excited to get to work with good friend Jana Stringer Events who I know will make every detail come together so perfectly. Marie & Grant’s wedding is going to be the best way to kick off my 2026 wedding year!
