engagement session in Madison, Mississippi

I have been loving introducing my 2024 couples & am excited to feature my favorites from Analise & Lake’s engagement session in Madison, Mississippi! These two are high school sweethearts who are getting married in their hometown, Greenwood, Mississippi, next year! I’m SO looking forward to capturing their big day!!

I absolutely love Analise & Lake’s proposal story! They have a tradition of going on a dinner date at least once a month, & back in June, Lake told Analise that he wanted to surprise her with where they were going on their date. They were in their hometown, so when Lake took a wrong turn, Analise was surprised & told Lake to turn around! But instead, Lake pulled over at the spot on the river where they had taken their first “official” picture together back in 2016, & he got down on one knee! After Analise said yes, Lake shared another surprise – he had planned a party for all of their close family and friends to celebrate with them!!

I was so excited to finally meet these two in person & get to know them as a couple! They truly are best friends. I know they are going to have such an awesome marriage! We spent the afternoon at one of my favorite spots, The Town of Livingston, & even included their sweet dog Ace in a few of the photos!

Analise & Lake – I cannot wait for y’all’s Mississippi Delta wedding next May!! It’s going to be a blast!
