I got to capture my first wedding of the year on Saturday, & despite the seriously freezing temps, it was SUCH an amazing day celebrating Caroline & Dave!! It was almost my first wedding to shoot in Vicksburg, MS, & I absolutely fell in love with the town & it’s history, unique building, & overall beauty! Caroline & Dave’s wedding was full of so many great details! During their first look, Dave surprised Caroline with a custom painting of their first date at Cups, their favorite coffee shop!! It was SO sweet! For their wedding party portraits, they had rented an awesome trolley to transport everyone to a spot on the Mississippi River! It was definitely beyond cold, but Caroline, Dave, & their wedding party handled it amazingly & we were able to capture some great portraits!!

Their wedding ceremony was held at Caroline’s home church followed by a reception at The BB Club, which is definitely a new favorite venue of mine!! The food was wonderful, & the entire building was stunning!! Caroline & Dave couldn’t have chosen a better place for their celebration! It was so awesome to see so many of their family & friends travel from literally all over the country to be there! These two are loved by so many!!
