It continues to be such a joy getting to capture my Katelyn Anne Couples again once they start growing their families! I was Andrew & Meredith’s wedding photographer in 2019, & I still remember how much I loved capturing their big day. It meant so much to me when Meredith emailed me this past spring to tell me they were expecting & wanted me to do their newborn session in Madison, Mississippi!

Theodore “Teddy” Steven Miles was born on October 31 at 12:47pm, weighing 6 pounds, 8 ounces. He is just the sweetest baby boy. I’m so happy for Andrew & Meredith! I know they are going to be amazing parents to Teddy, & he is blessed to be theirs!

I get asked often why I started offering maternity & newborn sessions, & there are a couple of important reasons! One, I LOVE that I get to work with my brides & grooms again! Two, after I had my own daughter, I was able to truly appreciate newborn photos & knew for myself how priceless they are. Babies grow & change unbelievably fast, so having moments from the first couple of weeks of their life captured forever is just the best.
