Ellie’s baby shower on Saturday was seriously a dream come true!! I am still overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the love & encouragement that was shown through every single detail. Thanks so much to all of the hostesses – my sisters Kelsey & Kendall & my friends Karleigh, Mary Jayne, Abby, Amelia, Alex, Moriah, Emily, & Hallie (who hosted us at her beautiful home) for being the best sisters & friends I could ask for. I cannot wait for Ellie to meet each of you!! From the gorgeous balloon arch and framed photos to the delicious food and perfect coffee bar (complete with personalized cups), it was truly the best day ever. They even used coffee mugs from my own collection as decor – so special!!

We received SO many beautiful gifts at Ellie’s baby shower. My sweet friend Mary Jayne had an outfit made for Ellie out of one of Dylan’s shirts – little did she know that he given her an LSU shirt that belonged to my dad who is no longer here with us. I was a puddle! My mom & sisters had a canvas painted showing Ellie’s heartbeat at about 20 weeks. We are so excited to hang it in her nursery! From gifts that we needed off of our baby registry to custom monogrammed outfits & blankets, our family & friends went above & beyond to shower us! We are so very thankful!

We are almost 33 & a half weeks along with Ellie, & we are SO excited for her to be here with us SOON! This season has been full of learning to trust God in a whole new way as we wait for her arrival & rely on Him to sustain us as we enter parenthood! Ellie girl, we cannot wait to meet you & we love you so much!!
