Oh these two!! Alex & Cody are such a sweet couple, & I had a BLAST with them at their engagement session last week! I first met Alex & Cody when I photographed Cody’s sister’s wedding in the spring of 2017. I was SO excited when Alex emailed me & asked me to be she & Cody’s wedding photographer!! Their big day will be at the beautiful Bridlewood of Madison next September — I can hardly wait!!

When I met with Alex & Cody to hear more about there wedding plans, I felt like I had known them forever!! They are such a genuine, down-to-earth couple who’s love for each other is so evident from the first moment you meet them. They also LOVE to laugh together which made their engagement session the most fun!! I can’t wait to get them in front of my camera again next fall!!

One of my favorite photos from their session is the one Cody requested – a photo of Alex’s engagement ring with the prayer bracelet that he & his dad have both worn for over a decade. When Cody told me that photo would mean so much to him, it was so evident that he has prayed for his future wife & is so thankful to be marrying Alex — the sweetest!!
