Laura & Jordy’s wedding day this past Saturday in Greenville, Mississippi was truly a dream, & I’m SO thankful that I had the honor of capturing it for them & their sweet family & friends! I knew their day would be so special after getting to capture their engagement session this spring. Laura & Jordy met in an A&P class in college & became best friends before they started dating, & their love for each other & the Lord is so evident! They’re both nurses & spend their days serving others, & I know the Lord is going to continue to do so many amazing things through them as they serve each other in marriage!

I always love getting to capture weddings in the Mississippi Delta. There’s just something about the coming together of friends who are more like family as they celebrate a sweet couple they’ve known & loved!! I was so excited to get to once again work with the incredible team at the Greenville Golf & Country Club! Laura & Jordy’s reception there was SO much fun to capture!! Amanda of The Pantry Inc. did a beautiful job with the florals & cakes as always! Laura chose the most beautiful details for her day, & I loved seeing how everything came together so perfectly!!

One of my favorite moments from the day was seeing how special of a relationship that Laura has with her sweet grandfather. The moment he saw her, he was speechless, & the moments where he walked her down the aisle & they shared a special dance at the reception had me crying behind my camera! These are the moments I live for as a wedding photographer, & I’ll never get over the honor it is to do this job.

I loved seeing just how excited Laura & Jordy were to finally become husband & wife!! Their day brought so much glory to the Lord, & I know their marriage will do the same!
