Every single wedding day that I have the honor of capturing is special, & it’s even more of an honor when it’s family!! Margaret is one of my cousins & it’s been such an awesome blessing to watch as God led she & Joey to each other in His perfect timing. I was so excited when she asked me to be their wedding photographer! Saturday was such a fun day, & it was such a privilege to be a part of the beginning of what I know will be an amazing marriage, all for God’s glory!

As I sat at the rehearsal dinner on Friday night listening to Margaret & Joey’s friends share about what they’ve meant to them, it was so clear that these two are always focused on the needs of others rather than on themselves. They serve & love people so well, & everyone in their lives can attest to the way that God has been so faithful to bring Margaret & Joey together! 

It was so fun getting to capture the sweetest moments on Saturday, especially since I get to call these people family! From both of their moms taking a moment together to just be excited about the day, to my uncle Kent playing “My Girl” & dancing with Margaret after he saw her in her wedding dress, to the way Margaret & Joey were so giddy all day long, it was such an amazing day full of so much joy & excitement for all that’s to come for these two! It was truly an honor to capture it!
