Sara & Peyton grew up together & are pretty sure they met in Kindergarten!! Throughout school, they went through different phases of liking each other, but it wasn’t until they went to separate colleges that they realized they wanted to date!! God’s timing is truly perfect, & the unique ways He chooses to bring couples together will always bring me so much joy! This past summer, Sara & Peyton had been spending a lot of time at Peyton’s grandfather’s house picking blueberries! One of these occasions, Peyton hid a white box in the middle of the bush, & to Sara’s surprise, it was a RING!! What a sweet proposal!

I absolutely loved getting to capture Sara & Peyton’s engagement photos!! We spent the first half of the session in downtown Jackson, where Peyton works!! Then we got to go back to Peyton’s grandfather’s house where they got engaged for the second part of their engagement session!! We had such great weather & beautiful light, & even some hints of FALL!! I’m so thankful these two chose me to be their photographer & can’t wait for their wedding next June!!
