This family is SO special to me! From Tyler & Emily’s proposal in the rain to their beautiful summer wedding day, it’s been such a blessing getting to capture so many special moments for them over the years & gain Tyler & Emily as dear friends! I was so excited when they announced that they were expecting & was even more honored when they asked me to be in the delivery room to capture their baby girl’s birth. Baby Wren was born March 19, & it was truly one of the greatest joys of my career getting to be there & photograph the first moments of her life as well as the first moments of parenthood for Tyler & Emily!

This blogpost has been a LONG time in the making!! When we moved into #theHambickhouse in the summer of 2016, we knew that the kitchen would be our biggest project! It took over 2 years, but we are ALMOST completely done!! All that’s left is adding new baseboards & a new laundry room door/trim, but I figured I’d go ahead & share the before & after photos because who knows when we will have time to do those last couple projects haha! There’s something beautiful about sharing a project that’s in a “it’s almost but not quite finished” place!!

Merry Christmas, friends! I can’t believe Christmas is just ONE WEEK away!! This is always my favorite time of the year, & this year I’ve loved getting to enjoy so many old traditions as well as start some new ones. It’s always one of my favorite parts of the season to get out all of our Christmas decorations & spend an evening putting up our tree, hanging our stockings, & decorating our farm table!! I love getting to host our family & friends, especially during the holidays, so our table easily becomes my favorite part of our decor every year!

I was so honored to get to capture The Bailey Family as they’ve entered a new season as a family of three! Maggie & Brett had their beautiful son Lee just a couple of weeks ago, & it was so sweet to get to watch them interact with their new son! Maggie & Brett are already such incredible parents, & Lee is just the sweetest baby boy! I loved getting to capture the three of them in their beautiful home last week, & am so excited to share some of my favorites from our time together!

Our sweet friends Will & Anja had their beautiful daughter Adeline back in January, & I was so honored when they asked me to do an in home family session for them to capture this sweet season in the life of their family! I also got to do a maternity session for them before Adeline was born, & I’m just so grateful that I’ve gotten to capture this sweet time for them!! They are such dear friends of ours, & we’re so thankful that even though we live a few hours a part, we are still able to celebrate different seasons of life together!!

We had the most AMAZING snow day here in Mississippi a couple of weeks ago, & I’m finally sharing some of my favorite pictures we took that day!! I’m SO thankful I got out my camera & took these, because these are some of my favorite memories ever with my sweet husband & our crazy puppy Zeke!
