I absolutely loved kicking off my summer wedding season with Cassidy & Hunter’s Country Club of Jackson wedding this past Saturday! It has been a true joy working with these two during their engagement season. Since their engagement photos last fall, I’ve been so excited to get Cassidy & Hunter back behind my camera, but this time, for their wedding! From incredibly stunning details to the sweetest moments, it was an honor capturing this day from start to finish.

My favorite part of the day was getting to capture Cassidy & Hunter as they read their personal vows to each other following their first look. These two are building their marriage on the foundation of Christ, & there’s truly nothing more important than that. As they promised to stand by each other in both the best times & the hardest times, I was reminded of the Lord’s promise to us that He will never leave or fail us. He’s forever faithful, & I love that Cassidy & Hunter are putting that promise at the center of their marriage.

Now that I’m a mom of 2 girls, it has become even more important to me as a photographer to capture moments that include the bride & groom’s parents. I loved how excited & supportive both Cassidy & Hunter’s parents were for them throughout the entire day. Their moms both shared how much of an answered prayer this day was – their son & daughter was marrying the one God had led them to! Their joy about the day was just the sweetest.

We seriously had a dream team of vendors who made every detail of this day come together! The Country Club of Jackson, one of my all-time favorites, went above & beyond not only providing the perfect backdrop for the day, but also the most amazing food as usual! The amazing Lauren Messina of LGM Weddings coordinated every single moment of the day flawlessly & was also a blast to work with! The Fresh Cut Catering & Floral & Galleries team created the most beautiful florals & overall reception design – it was stunning!! Every other vendor listed below was a part of making Cassidy & Hunter’s day incredible!
