Emily & Tre’s big day has been a long time coming! They’ve known each other since high school, but life took them separate ways until they reconnected about 5 years ago! Tre proposed to Emily 2 years ago in Paris – what a dream! They’ve called New York home for the past few years, but they decided to have their wedding here in Jackson. Family & friends traveled from all over the world to celebrate their wedding weekend. I’m excited to share my favorites from their Jackson, Mississippi wedding at Old Capitol Inn!

Their first look was one of the best moments of the day! Tre was overcome with emotion at seeing his bride – so sweet! The courtyard at Old Capitol Inn gave us such a beautiful spot for photos & was also where the ceremony took place. Guests were then directed inside the ballroom for the stunning reception. Emily of Sweet Southern Occasions & the team at Willow Blu did an amazing job planning & designing the space with tons of florals, dozens of candles, & lots of special details. I loved capturing all of it!
