Ellen & Reagan’s engagement session was so special for me to capture! I have known Ellen since she was around 4 years old!! Her mom was my yearbook advisor in high school, & I can remember Ellen & her sister Grace playing in their mom’s classroom while we worked on the yearbook. When their mom reached out to me after Ellen got engaged, I was so honored that they would want me to capture this special season for them. I’m excited to share my favorites from Ellen & Reagan’s Brandon, Mississippi engagement photos!

These two are high school sweethearts & will celebrate their 7 year dating anniversary next month. They are just the most precious couple & were so easy to work with!! Ellen is entering her senior year at Mississippi State where she’s studying Elementary Education & is also a cheerleader for the Bulldogs. Reagan is coaching football at our alma mater, Brandon High School. I love that they’re planning to settle down & start their life together in their hometown!

It only made sense for us to start their engagement session at the church Ellen grew up in, Brandon Methodist, which is where their ceremony will take place. We also took photos around the downtown area, then we headed to the spot where Reagan proposed, the dock on the pond at his neighbor’s house! I love that every spot we went to holds special meaning them. Their May wedding with a reception at Old Capitol Inn in Jackson is going to be so beautiful! I can’t wait to capture every moment!
