I can’t believe it’s time for me to share my FAVORITE blogpost of the year!! 2025 was so special, not only in my business, but also in the life of my family! We welcomed our baby girl in March, & I captured weddings at 4 & 5 weeks postpartum. I’ll forever be grateful to the Lord for His faithfulness! I reached a big milestone this year in hitting the 200 wedding mark. I’ll never get over that the Lord has allowed me to do this job for over 12 years!! I’m so excited to share my Best of Weddings 2025!!

On top of doing weddings postpartum, most of my weddings this year involved traveling, both in & out of state! Being away from my family on wedding weekends is definitely not easy, but loving my job makes it worthwhile. This year I captured weddings in Natchez, Vicksburg, Oxford, Starkville, Louisville, Arkansas, & of course a few here in the Jackson area. Venues included the Country Club of Jackson, The B.B. Club, The Hill & Moor, The Mason Boutique Hotel, BellaWood the Venue, & Castle Hill. I LOVE being a Mississippi wedding photographer & getting to work with the BEST venues & vendors in our state!!

2026 is going to be a busy year for Katelyn Anne Weddings, beginning with a completely booked spring season! I’ve got just a couple of openings left for the entire year & feel so grateful for the couples that have entrusted me with capturing their big days!!
