Lauren & Tyler’s day was SO much fun!! I’ve been looking forward to their Mississippi delta wedding day ever since I first talked with them at the beginning of this year! They were so awesome to make the trip to Jackson for their engagement session this past spring, so I was more than excited to make the trip up to Cleveland, Mississippi to capture their wedding day on Saturday!! Lauren & Tyler are such a sweet couple & every detail of their day was so so beautiful!!

I loved getting to work with Ellen Thomas Event Design who did a phenomenal job coordinating the entire weekend for Lauren, Tyler, & their family & friends. The team at Fresh Cut Catering & Floral blew me away (as always) with incredible florals & design as well as the most DELICIOUS food. Lauren & Tyler chose some of the most unique wedding food I’ve ever seen, & it was AWESOME! They had an entire spread of breakfast food including chicken & waffles, sausage & biscuits, scones, & donut bites. Their reception was at the Sea Level Oyster House in downtown Cleveland, Mississippi, so it was only fitting that they also had oysters, shrimp, & crab claws for their guests to enjoy. YUM!! The Phunky Monkeys are one of the most talented & entertaining bands I’ve ever worked with & they made Lauren & Tyler’s reception a true party!

One of favorite moments of the day was when Lauren & Tyler’s moms & sisters each gave Lauren gifts representing the tradition of something old, something new, something borrowed, & something blue. I also loved that Tyler’s son was the best man — he truly stole the show & was for sure the cutest best man ever! Lauren & Tyler wanted to take all of their portraits in downtown Cleveland which was a blast!! Another favorite moment was during Tyler’s special dance with his mom. Tyler had his dad cut in so that his parents could share a special moment together — so sweet!!
