Cathrine & Brooks first met in 2015 when a mutual friend introduced them to each other! Fast forward to the summer of 2017 when that same friend married Brooks’ roommate & both Cathrine & Brooks were in the wedding. During that wedding weekend, they both realized they definitely liked each other, but the timing just wasn’t right. It wasn’t until a Christmas party they both went to that December that they FINALLY started dating, & this past summer, they got engaged!!

Brooks proposed to Cathrine on the porch at his parents’ house in Clinton & then surprised Cathrine again as he had all of their friends & family gathered to celebrate with them at the local bakery afterwards! From the moment I met Cathrine & Brooks, I could tell that they’re truly best friends who can’t wait to spend the rest of their lives together. Their ceremony will be at First Baptist Church of Clinton followed by a reception at Providence Hill Farm, so I was SO excited that we got to do their engagement session on the brick streets in downtown Clinton as well as on the beautiful land at Providence Hill! We ended up having beautiful fall weather on Monday which made for GORGEOUS sunset photos near the end of the night!!

Cathrine & Brooks – I am so excited to be y’all’s photographer & cannot wait for May to capture y’all’s big day!
