It was such an honor & privilege to get to capture Claire & Cole’s summer wedding this past Saturday!! Their entire day was so full of so much JOY, & I found myself saying “they’re just SO happy together!!” over & over again!! The way that Claire & Cole love each other as well as their families & friends is such a beautiful reflection of the way Christ loves us, & the joy of the Lord is so evident through them & how they live! The church was full of people who came from all over to be a part of their day, which was such a testament to just how well they love others & how much they are loved!!

I’ve known Cole since we grew up in the same town & youth group, & I got to know Claire during our college years, so it was such a blessing to get to be the one to capture their wedding day! One of my absolute favorite parts of Claire & Cole’s day was their first look!! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a groom SO happy to see his bride!! Cole immediately picked Claire up, spun her around, & neither of them could stop smiling! I just loved seeing how excited they were to become husband & wife & start this new journey together!!

Other favorite moments from their day included a couple of the sweetest surprises!! Claire’s parent’s surprised her by giving her Claire’s mom’s family pearls which was such a beautiful show of a new generation beginning in their family!! Cole surprised Claire as well by having a live painting done of their first dance that they can hang in their home forever!! What a priceless gift!!

Claire & Cole’s only request for the day was that we take some of their sunset portraits with the new “Welcome to Jackson” mural, & I’m SO glad that we did!! I couldn’t imagine a better way to capture their love for this city where they met & had their wedding celebration!!

Claire & Cole – I’m so thankful that I got to be a part of y’all’s beautiful day, & I can’t wait to see all that the Lord does through your marriage! Your wedding day was full of so much joy, & I hope these photos will be a sweet reminder of the Lord’s faithfulness in bringing you together for His glory!! Love y’all!!
