Avery & Garrett’s wedding day was timeless, classic, & SO magical! I knew from the moment I met these two that their day would not only be gorgeous to photograph, but it would also be a day full of the sweetest moments & AMAZING details!! From the custom college logo cufflinks that Garrett gifted to each of his groomsman, to the fun & unique food at their reception, I loved all of the thought & detail that Avery & Garrett put into their wedding celebration! They even had both the Mississippi State fight song & “Rocky Top” played during the reception to represent BOTH of their alma maters! So fun!

One of my favorite aspects of their wedding was how Avery & Garrett honored their sweet parents throughout the day! Avery gave both her mom & dad custom gifts as a thank you for all they had done for her throughout her life which was the sweetest!! Both sets of parents were a part of their wedding ceremony by lighting the candles that Avery & Garrett would use to light their unity candle, symbolizing the joining of the two families. It was so sweet to see how excited both of their families as well as all of their friends & guests were to be a part of their wedding day!

Traveling to Louisville, Mississippi for their day not only meant that I got to see several of my past & future brides & grooms (yay!!), but I also got to work with some of my favorite vendors once again! The team at Market Cafe always goes above & beyond in creating a unique & incredible reception experience, & Avery & Garrett’s reception was no exception. A pizza bar, chicken & waffles, & a “build your own crostini station” were just a FEW of the food highlights, so you know it was amazing!! Hailey with Cups N Cakes Bakery makes not only the most yummy cakes but they are truly a work of art! The bride’s cake was over the top stunning, & the groom’s dessert table was SO creative! Flower District created the most gorgeous bouquets & floral arrangements, & it was a joy getting to work alongside the sweetest coordinators who made the day go so smoothly!!

Avery & Garrett were so amazing to work with, & we were able to take so many STUNNING bride & groom portraits throughout their day despite the crazy humidity! I loved seeing how much fun they have together, & I know their marriage is going to be so full of joy & laughter! I can’t wait to see all that God has in store for them!!
