I couldn’t have dreamed of a better day & a sweeter couple to kick off my 2017 weddings!! I have been looking forward to Maegan & Stephen’s wedding ever since they asked me to be their photographer over a year ago, & it was seriously even better than I could have imagined! The week of their big day, the forecast was showing a big chance of snow/ice/freezing temps for the night before their wedding, & since Maegan & Stephen were having a morning ceremony & reception, I knew that the weather might really affect us!! Fortunately, these two were super trusting of me & were willing to endure 20 degrees & trying not to slide across ice for some outdoor portraits, which are some of my favorites from the entire day!

I’ve known Maegan & Stephen for a long time – we grew up in youth group together at the very church where they had their ceremony, so it was SUCH an honor to get to capture this day that so many people have been anxiously & excitedly awaiting! It was so special to see these two families come together to celebrate what God has done, & it was even more amazing to see just how many people were willing to brave the weather to witness this day!! Maegan & Stephen should definitely feel so loved!!

This day held so many favorite moments–from Maegan’s first look with her sweet dad, to Maegan & Stephen exchanging gifts, to both of the moms & the groom crying happy tears as Maegan came down the aisle, it was truly a day full of so much sweet & joyous emotion! I’m so honored that I got to capture it all!

Maegan & Stephen – you two are nothing short of a blessing to me, & I’m so thankful that you chose me to be your photographer. I hope y’all had the BEST honeymoon & are loving your first couple of weeks of being husband & wife!! I hope these photos will help you remember just how special your day was!!
